The
Chesley Brown Report
A property’s security
posture can have a major impact on its attractiveness to
tenants by demonstrating a safe and secure working environment
and identifying liability issues that may arise in the
future. The Chesley Brown Report can prove invaluable as
a due diligence tool as you make a decision about purchasing
a property or for maintaining security standards in your
existing property or portfolio.
The Chesley Brown Report is our original conception.
It is a comprehensive working document that clearly shows
a property’s security posture considering all of
the relevant factors. The Chesley Brown Report evaluates
a property’s strengths and offers constructive, positive
recommendations for eliminating any deficiencies in the
property’s security program.
After
an intensive evaluation of the property, the auditor returns
the findings to Chesley Brown Headquarters, where recommendations
can be discussed among our experts. After the report is
finalized, the auditor returns to your property for a presentation
of our findings. During this phase, any security issues
that need to be addressed are discussed openly and options
are presented. These issues include not only areas for
improvement, but also areas where your property excels.
The Chesley Brown Report should be updated and reviewed
every year to ensure that security measures and best practices
are current with industry and Department of Homeland Security
standards.
