Management and Bid process
is summarized as follows:
Phase
1: Security Assessment
This
phase consists of an audit of the project based
on your needs. This evaluation will generate a
needs analysis based on the scope and timeline
of the project, the internal and external factors
that affect the project, and your objectives for
the property.
Phase
II: Security System Design and Specification
The
result of this phase is the generation of a set
of specifications to be used in the bidding process.
This will include specifications for the project-wide
security system, including permanent and temporary
security systems and measures. The plan will specify:
