Interactive Remote Monitoring

A manufacturing company with high valued merchandise and concerns about the safety and security of employees approached Chesley Brown about conducting an audit. The Chesley Brown Report revealed several key areas of concern from securing their high valued merchandise to safety of employees entering, working, and leaving property.

While several recommendations were implemented, merchandise continued to "disappear" from the warehouse. Upon review of video our client still could not determine if it was employee theft or lack of proper inventory procedures. Our ongoing contact with the client determined that these issues still existed.

When InCommand Worldwide, LLC was launched in 2006, we took this solution to the client. Through customized technology, the system is designed to detect motion and activate an alert to Chesley Brown's Security and Command Center when a security event occurs. A highly trained officer reviews the situation while in progress and notifies the proper authorities.

Within one month of remote monitoring, our client was able to discontinue the costly security "drive by" service currently in place. InCommand Worldwide Officers revealed that this method of security was ineffective and in fact not routinely performed. Not only did InCommand save the client thousands of dollars, but also the "disappearance" of merchandise has ceased.

The client states, "Live remote monitoring has saved us money and time. Any suspicious activity is relayed to us immediately so we can handle appropriately. This is much more effective then having a guard company drive by our property throughout the night – InCommand Worldwide is always watching. Plus we are not reviewing video after the fact trying to determine what occurred. We receive daily reports of all activity which takes place on our site. Having them monitor our facility gives us the added benefit of knowing while we are away from the facility someone is keeping a watchful eye on our assets and our employees."
