Corporate Command Center
Atlanta, Georgia

During a major event, the Corporate Command Center in Atlanta is used by Corporate Staff to monitor the event and coordinate with the on-site Director of Security, as well as any security support staff that are sent to the client site. This center also insures continuous monitoring in the event that the National Command Center goes off line due to natural or man-made causes.

National Command Center —
Kansas City, Missouri

This center serves as a 24 hour monitoring center of major news and weather services. If a qualifying event or condition occurs the command center staff contacts the Duty Officer for further action. The Duty Officer is a Director or senior manager who is authorized to take further action as warranted by the information received. This would include contacting the Security Director of the client site, Corporate Staff at the home office, and authorized client contacts.
