Josh Noland – Director of Security

Josh Noland joined Chesley Brown International in September of 2005. Prior
to joining Chesley Brown, Josh worked for the Missouri Department of Natural
Resources and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as a Park Ranger for 4 years
while in college. He attended the University of Central Missouri where he earned
his B.S in Criminal Justice and an M.A in Teaching. He is currently assigned as
the Director of Security for several Class A office buildings and
retail centers.
Josh feels the more important aspects within the security industry are customer
service and communication, communication being the key. Whether at home or on
the job as a security officer, communicating is the most important yet
underappreciated skill there is. We are expected to treat others with respect at
all times, which can often be difficult, but the most important part of showing
respect is actually listening when spoken to and then relaying important
information in return.
Josh has been married for almost 10 years and is an active father of two
"hilarious and wonderful" children. He enjoys being outdoors, hunting and
fishing of all kinds and sometimes just being outdoors "pretending" to hunt or
fish. He also loves Mizzou, Kansas City Chiefs football, Kansas City Royals
baseball (in that order he notes), anything Irish and telling stories. He truly
appreciates his family at home as well as his family at work. He says he
couldn't be happier with the way Chesley Brown International has supported him
and encouraged him to do his very best and help the company continue to grow and
improve.
