Victoria A. Boothe serves as Executive Vice President
and Chief Operating Officer of Chesley Brown Companies,
Inc.
Experience
Ms. Boothe had an extensive career in the banking industry,
going back to her days as a teller for the First National
Bank of Daly City. Because of her ability to gain vast
knowledge of the industry, she moved quickly through the
ranks and held several management positions within the
community as well as large global banks. In 1990, shortly
after relocating to Atlanta as an Assistant Vice President
of a local community bank, she met and began to bank a
young man named Brent Brown, who had just started a security-consulting
firm. The mutual respect grew between Boothe and Brown
as the company grew. In 1997 the company expanded with
Chesley Brown International, Inc. into full security management
services and Mr. Brown began to form his management team.
Having served together in chamber of commerce activities,
Brown tapped Ms. Boothe in 2000 to be his Corporate Chief
of Staff. This newly created position gave Boothe a unique
ability to not only work closely with Brown but to also
be involved in all aspects of the business. Within the
first year it became obvious why Ms. Boothe was brought
onboard as she was named Executive Vice President and Chief
Operating Officer. Her expertise in financial management
as well as her calmed demeanor in dealing with all situations
has made her a valued asset to this multi-million dollar
operation.
